Who is this for?
We welcome everyone looking to grow their leadership, both as mentors and mentees, as well as returning participants from Cohorts 1 and 2 to join us again and support the growth of this program.
What’s New
A new dedicated mentorship platform - this year we are introducing a platform to streamline your experience. All the mentors and mentees profiles, communication, resources, progress trackers, mentorship roadmaps and surveys will live in one unified hub.
More choice and agency in selecting mentors - implementing feedback from previous cohorts, we have designed this program to offer mentees more choice in who they pair with. Mentees will be matched with 5 potential mentors to choose from, based on their preferred areas of mentoring.
First-come, first-serve - Once mentees are matched with up to 5 potential mentors to choose from, it is their responsibility to promptly schedule discovery sessions and choose their preferred mentor. The selection process operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
More structure & clearer progress tracking - together with the use of our new tool, we have also designed clearer metrics for tracking your mentorship journey and included more guidance on designing your milestones and keeping up with your commitment.
A focus on practical mentorship skills - this year’s Learning Journey will be shaped by mentorship-specific areas and will be spread across the 6 months with opportunities to participate both synchronously and in community engaging conversations.
Pair-work designed workshops and training - some sessions will facilitate the deepening of mentoring relationships by requiring both parties to work together in-session.
New facilitators - we will have a new diverse pool of experts join us during our training sessions to offer a fresh learning experience. What’s the Criteria for Completion?
To ensure a successful mentorship experience for all, we require a firm commitment from participants; please apply if you can dedicate time and effort for regular mentoring sessions and the full program duration.
Commit to a minimum of 6 hours of mentoring
10 hours of live training sessions spread across 6 months
Track progress and complete assignments, surveys and assessments in the portal
Completion of asynchronous learning modules
